This session is to support you with any questions you may have related to your own or your child's health. Together we will adjust, deepen or add to your existing protocol. Because your body shifts with the season, and your cycle (both life cycle and menstrual cycle), it is my best advice to update your protocol seasonally. This way, your lifestyle and dinacharya (self-care selection) evolve with you.
